Before the appointment
Keep the appliance reachable when that’s safe, but don’t pull built-ins, disconnect gas, open electrical panels or remove cabinetry to prepare. For intermittent faults, photos, a short video or the saved error display help.
Safety note
Stop using the appliance if there is gas odor, smoke, sparking, water near electrical parts, repeated breaker trips or uncontrolled heating.
Warranty note
If the appliance may still be under a Viking manufacturer warranty, review those terms and official service options before authorizing work.
Coverage
All of San Francisco: 10 districts and 115 neighborhoods in the Locations directory. This is not an official Viking service center.

Answers before you ask
Do I need to know which part failed?
No. Send the appliance, the model number and what it is doing. Diagnosis is our job.
Where do I find the Viking model number?
On the rating label: inside the fresh-food compartment on refrigerators, behind the door or drawer on ranges and wall ovens, and on the inner door edge on dishwashers. A photo of the label is ideal.
Should I reset the appliance before the visit?
Photograph any code or display first. One normal reset is fine if the appliance is otherwise safe; if the same condition returns, leave it and book.
Will I get a price before the repair?
Yes. You receive a written estimate after diagnosis, and no repair work starts until you approve it.
Is my appliance still under Viking warranty?
If it may be, review the manufacturer warranty terms and official service options before authorizing work with us.
Ready to get your Viking appliance working again?
Book online or call — you get a written estimate and approve it before any repair work starts.
